President Obama isn’t the only high profile politician undergoing a campaign to indoctrinate America’s youth.

Mr. 9/11 himself, former NY Mayor Rudy Giuliani– the man Joe Biden pointedly called ‘unqualified’ for the presidency– is now helping to push a course for public schools on the subject of… well, what else could Giuliani speak to– 9/11.

With the eighth anniversary of the 9/11 attacks coming up on Friday, NY1 News reported:

“A new pilot multimedia program called “The September 11th Education Program” was unveiled today in Downtown Manhattan for students in sixth through 12th grades.

The seven teaching units are designed to help students understand the impact and legacy of the nation’s largest terrorist attacks.

Two DVDs supply interviews with survivors, rescuers, victims’ relatives, and political leaders including Secretary of State Hilary Clinton and former Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who was on hand for today’s announcement.”

Of course, Ron Paul assigned him a ‘reading list’ after Giuliani proved to be completely ignorant of even the CIA’s soft explanation of ‘blowback’ in regards to 9/11 attacks. Giuliani, it seems, only understands 9/11 in terms of ‘the terrorists want our freedoms.’

Unfortunately, that explanation wouldn’t even pass a 3rd grade exam, so why is he helping push for what is sure to be an ‘official story’-centered re-education course on the tragic attacks? One can only assume that public skepticism of the government’s account has become overwhelming, and that America’s most vulnerable minds need a little nudging back towards ‘the terrorists did it’ mantra before government lies become completely see-through.

It is clear such a September 11th education is best classed as “fiction.”

I would recommend, instead, a thorough reading of Mr. Sheen’s recently submitted “20 Minutes with the President” — proof that even the 9/11 Commissioners can’t believe the “official story” swill regurgitated & regurgitated by Mr. Giuliani and so many others in his camp.

Let’s only hope that he stops short of re-educating us all over again on a campaign trail for the governorship, or, horor-of-horrors, another bid for the presidency itself.

It wouldn't be bad if their was no political view and only the history of the event.

On another note, DANG it has been 8 years. that was a weird day let alone week.

I was in 11th grade spanish class when it happened. We saw the second plane hit on live tv. Was definitely a sad time.

On a second note, went to the bank Friday and noticed they had the flag at half mast, so I wondered who else had done the same. We drove by the police station, the american legion, and city hall and none of them had anything going on out of the ordinary. So in the whole town the only people who flew the flag at half mast was Southern Community Bank, pretty sad. They had a really nice color guard and unrolling of the flag at the Rockingham Dragway, but I get home to my town and it's like nobody got the memo that it was 9/11.

Screw all you youngsters. I was working a contract in the Federal building when it happened. College and HS were distant memories then as they are now!

I was asleep in bed after a night of debauchery and was awoken by a phone call to turn on the tv.

Most places don't even keep track of their flag posistioning as they don't normally mess with it after they put it up. I've noticed that about all the car dealerships that have masts out front. Every place on base was at halfmast, at least they were paying attention. What's sad is when I go to D.C. and half the government buildings will be at half mast for whatever reason and the other half won't be. You would think that they had enough sense to pay attention to something as small as flag posistion.

Its a distant memory for me for college and HS. Talk about being naive back then to a point.

I was laying in bed (Denver) when my girl friend came home and told me about it. I said "Yer, shitting me, right?" She had just dropped the kids at the baby sitters before school and gotten back.
