Here it is boys and girls. I have been waiting for this for a little while. AND now we shall see if Philip Berg and the rest of the followers/supporters...yes I have donated to his cause....are right.

Now I will say this. I agree with Mr. Berg! That if there are any questions as to Obama's citizenship status it is the duty of the SCOTUS, not only to hear his case but to request that Obama provide the court with a certified copy of his birth certificate. This would end all questions about whether Obama is or is not a natural born citizen. This is a matter of constitutional law and that they are there to interpret and uphold constitutional law and not take the easy way out and not hear the case at all.


If they should decide not to proceed with this matter and leave questions about his citizenship, what good does it do to have these robes sitting on the bench at all? There should be no doubt in any citizen's mind that Obama has the constitutional right to be the president or even a senator. We shall see what the SCOTUS will do now.

Are the black robes useless or are they going to follow through?

The MSM's were in bed with the DNC and Obama. I find it amusing that this is news to most.

Please keep us updated on this. I am really interested. While Obama might be my president and I have to follow his orders, I do not like him.

My question is who would be president if he is found to be unable to perform the duties due to his place of Birth.

Would it be given to McCain? I mean really, the people have voted, but not the Electoral College. Would they give it to McCain?

Would it go to Biden? Since Obama is technically the President Elect by the people?

Anyone have any idea?

If my memory serves me correctly, it would follow the same process as the president becomming unable to lead by any other means. Biden would take over, and then he would pick a VP

Would he? Obama/Biden have not gotten elected per say by the Electoral College yet.

While he is President Elect he still has not been made officially Presidential Elect by the means set forth. He was committed as the winner due to winning the popular vote and WHAT is ASSUMED to be how the EC would vote.

lol I believe this is too good to be true, but can you imagine the chaos/riots that will ensue if doesn't qualify and forced to step down. Interested in see how this works out.
