he Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is actively issuing directions banning private sales of guns without licenses at gun shows in Texas, despite there being no law to justify such demands.

A caller to the Alex Jones show brought attention to BATF notices handed out at the entrance of the Texas Gun And Knife Show, on North Lamaar, in Austin this past weekend.

The flyers (pictured below) state that anyone selling a firearm "will be asked to comply with" conditions including operating through a licensed FFL dealer.

The notice also states that "Selling firearms in the parking lot will not be permitted."

"The lady at the front desk used her 'mommy voice' to get everyone's attention." Scott from Austin told The Alex Jones show, noting that the owners of the private building where the gun show was held were contacted by the APD and the BATF and directed to hand out the notices.

Scott also told listeners that a petition in protest of the directions was being handed around at the show.

Other attendees posted the flyer on web forums. One poster noted:

"Here is a public notice from a gun show in Austin, Texas this weekend. Do any fellow Texans know of any law changes that took effect recently that make person-to-person gun sales illegal? Has anyone else seen similar notices?"

"It was not handed out in the parking lot, it was posted at the entrance of the venue." The forum user writes.

"I spoke with the man who runs the gun show and he said he was told on Thursday to post this (the gun show was Saturday and Sunday). Of course, the owner of the venue has the right to prohibit almost anything he wants on his property, but that's not what this notice says. It says 'at the direction of the Austin Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms' and that's what bothers me."

The direction "asks" visitors to comply with its demands precisely because there is no law or regulation against private gun sales.

The tyranny will NEVER stop until the People are willing to become aggressive. WE DO NOT NEED TO BE UNLAWFULLY AGGRESSIVE, but there is absolutely nothing wrong with being lawfully aggressive and exercising our rights as citizens.

If the government and their employees will not do what it right it is up to the general public to step up and do what is right. This is the method of correction the Founding Fathers gave us to prevent the onset of tyranny. The ultimate power (in our system of government) lies in the hands of the People, not their representatives, executives, or judicial officials.

We've been video taping and passing around information (which is good), but that will never resolve the issue against hell bent tyrants if they never see that we are unwilling to act in a manner that shuts their tyrannical power down. Again, THIS MUST BE DONE LAWFULLY, but the law does allow us to do it. We can make citizens' arrests, form civilian protection groups, form citizen law enforcer policing groups, etc. BTW, the means and right by which ordinary citizens may arrest ANYONE (feds, staties, or local cops) for being a tyrant, and to do so LAWFULLY is called Felony Conspiracy Against Civil Rights:

US CODE: Title 18,241. Conspiracy against rights

Federal Bureau of Investigation - Civil Rights Statutes

ANY CITIZEN can make a citizen's arrest for any felony they know is being committed, in fact, they can be held responsible if they do not act in some way (atleast reporting it).

We still do have these rights if we act swiftly and LAWFULLY to use them, AND we remember that public support and opinion is paramount.

The overwhelming majority of the public distrusts and in some cases HATES law enforcers, so a careful citizens' group that includes ALL WALKS of American life would be a HERO to the public if they set out to expose tyrants and uphold the laws that they refuse to uphold.

Could you imagine what the public would think if some tyrannical cop shot a 90 year old grandma who was trying to stop him from being tyrannical (especially with the support of alternative media)?

Could you imagine the look on a CPS investigator's face if all the neighbors came out of their homes and simply stated "you aren't welcome around here. You have no right to tell them lies and convince them to waive their Constitutional rights"?

POWER TO THE PEOPLE is an awesome thing that comes from no leadership and simply caring enough to stand up for your neighbor. If all people cared enough to love their neighbor and stand up for them tyranny could not exist!

This whole thing is a slap in the face to the american people and nothing more.
